Mississippi DtC Shipping - Available Sept 1

WFS has obtained the Mississippi DtC license. As of this September 1st, wineries can submit orders to ship direct to their MS customers. If you plan to utilize this, please let us know prior. The state does require us to submit COLA’s for any labels shipped to the state. For WCS clients, we can easily get those from your compliance agent. If you are not a compliance client, we will need those sent to us to register with the state before you can ship there. Note the tax in MS is quite high. If you plan to turn on this state in your point of sale, be sure it is set to collect the tax for the state.
