Winery Fulfillment Services was established in 2014 by Vickie and Thayne Stone. After a decade of servicing the compliance needs of the wine industry through her business Winery Compliance Services, Vickie expanded the services brought to her clients with the addition of WFS.

WFS assists with order fulfillment and storage to ease the expansion of direct-to-consumer sales for wineries, without the burden of labor intensive packing, supply management, storage space and costly permitting. These services fit into a variety of business sizes, for new wineries to well established brands.
Whether you’re a new winery and the idea of obtaining all the DtC permits isn’t feasible, or a large, established brand that has outgrown their space for storage or packing, or your wine club has grown to a size that isn’t feasible to pack in-house. WFS offers storage for wineries producing 50 cases to 50,000 cases and fulfillment for clubs ranging from 25 orders to 8,500 orders.

GENERAL MANAGER
Kylie has been with WFS full-time since 2016, as well as assisting with the set up of the original processes at the origination of the company. Kylie oversees the WFS staff, clientele and vendor partnerships.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Chris has been at WFS since 2019. He manages the warehouse staff, dock and order scheduling, inventory and overall warehouse organization and layout.

ADMIN ASSISTANT
Misty joined our team at the start of 2021. She has been a welcome addition to the admin team, assisting with inputting and processing daily fulfillment orders and will call orders, as well as all order changes and special requests.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Steve joined the WFS team in 2019 as our Account Manager. He works with our admin to handle all fulfillment and will call orders, as well as managing inventory, club schedules and packs.

FULFILLMENT SUPERVISOR
Sean joined WFS in 2020 to lead our fulfillment division. Sean oversees all fulfillment orders including scheduling and overseeing pack crews, supply management, and picking and packing of daily orders and club shipping.
